Why I love overnight oats?
At first when I heard the term overnight oats,I thought they are for sure going to taste blah and horrible.
Then I knew I would be super busy in the morning with my baby girl so I thought why not give it a shot and prepare it the night before while she’s asleep.
So basically you add
1-1/3 cup of oats (normal or gluten free)
2-1/2 cup coconut milk( you can use any milk you like)
3-Quarter teaspoon of chia seeds
5-1/3 cup blueberries or strawberries
6-one teaspoon of nuts of choice
7-One teaspoon of honey
In an airtight container add the oats with the milk,chia seeds,nuts and honey leave it overnight.
The next day in the morning add fruits and voila breakfast is served
